This lesson uses food as an in for students to get interested in physical and chemical change. Students analyze their favorite recipe and see whether each step is a physical or chemical change and why. Students can make a film or TikTok of their experiences as an extension. Students have a lot of fun with this activity while learning in an inquiry style.
